Except, by call we really mean email or message us. Even just say Hi! We’d love to hear your story, or see if there’s anything we can help with.

If you’re after a custom design for a personalised gift, or even after an entire ready made Cross Stitch and/or kit, please do let us know. It’s not something we have on our store as a standard purchase, but is definitely something we can arrange.

Please bear in mind that Cross Stitch takes time, so if you’re contacting us about custom Cross Stitch work you will need to have a little wriggle room between when you contact us and when you need it.

This does make shipping any physical goods take 1-2 days longer at best, and 2-3 weeks longer at worst (depending on your shipping option). Please bear that in mind when placing orders for any physical goods.
