Digital Goods Delivery

The majority of sale items available on the StitchYaWitch store are digital goods that can be instantly downloaded from your account or using the download link sent to your specified email address as soon as your payment has been confirmed and your purchase completed.

All Digital Goods for sale come with one or more PDF files to view and print as many times as you like. In some cases there may be other file types included in the download (such as PatternKeeper patterns, text files, images, or other file types necessary to complete the order).

We strongly suggest downloading and saving your purchased files when your transaction is complete directly onto your computer or device, for safe keeping. If you have an account at StitchYaWitch, your purchase will be available to download whenever and as often as you like. If you have any trouble downloading your purchased files or patterns or you need further assistance viewing, using, or printing the PDFs, please Contact Us.

Digital Delivery Returns Policy

We are unable to accept returns on digital purchases or cancel digital purchases once they have been downloaded even once. Due to this, we recommend placing your order carefully to ensure you are purchasing the correct product. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy.

Physical Goods Delivery

The majority of store items available on stitchyawitch.com are Digital Goods and are delivered electronically, but we may offer limited items for sale for New Zealand and Australian customers only. We are only able to offer delivery of physical goods to New Zealand and Australian addresses at this current point in time due to shipping and logistics reasons, we apologise for any inconvenience!

Delivery Information

• Pick ups: We do not allow pick ups.
• Saturday Delivery: This can be arranged at extra cost.
• Tracking: All deliveries will be tracked, and a tracking link will be provided via email.
• International Delivery: Available for Australia only.

Delivery Times

We aim to have all deliveries shipped and out the door within 1-2 days of the order being placed.

We use NZ Courier Post for most New Zealand orders, and delivery times may vary but would typically be delivered in 2-5 working days. We may, depending on location and available services, use NZ Couriers or PostHaste within NZ. The appropriate tracking link will be provided with your order updates.

For international deliveries to Australia we use NZ International Courier Post, which will deliver to most locations in Australia within 3-10 working days of being shipped. The appropriate tracking link will be provided with your order updates.

Please note: StitchYaWitch do not cover any import or customs fees for any orders shipped internationally. If your order is subject to any additional fees upon arrival in your country, you should be contacted by the appropriate authorities and payment may be required before your parcel is released to you. If you do not pay the fees and your parcel is returned to us we can reship this to you at your cost.
